Shipping policy

Shipping costs:

EU-zone  around 5e shipping cost from all orders.

Outside of EU-zone around 8e shipping cost from all orders.

Delivery times: normally 2-7 days, covid-19 may slow the delivery process, be ready for delays.

Easy delivery worldwide takes 2-7 business days in European Union. During the covid-19 time delivery times have increased in the United States and in Europe as well. Be prepared for delays, average 15-20 days in US, EU or UK.

Return policy:

30 days return policy. To return product the address is Mäenpääntie 24, 45700 Kouvola, Finland. To return product the customer has to pay postal fees. (more info in return policy section)

Payment methods:

Internationally there are Stripe and PayPal in use. Both are safe and easy ways to pay your cart.

For Finnish customers there is also Checkout Finland as easy and safe option to use all Finnish banks and other services such as Mobile Pay to pay your cart.

Deliveries from the United States to EU:

All products from USA are marked with USA tag in product name and are manufactured or printed in the USA. If you have USA products in your order, it'll be shipped for you from the United States.

When you have ordered from the US, remember to check out your county's shipping policy with the United States from official Tariff website or other reliable source to ensure if there are VAT-taxes to pay or s&h fee from your order. Be prepared to pay tariff, VAT or s&h fee from your order if necessary according to your country's Tariff officials or other national administrations.

The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) deal is currently halted by American President.

For example orders to Finland from the United States are categorized by Tariff segments in the following way: 

- there is 2,90€ shipping and handling fee from every order that you have to accept to pay to Posti when ordering from the USA.

- all the orders are in need to pay VAT when arriving to EU from US. The VAT. Policy has changed on the first day of July 2021.

- under 150€ orders are delivered to destination with out Tariff fee.

Deliveries from EU to UK:

As the United Kingdom has left the EU, the EU VAT rules do not exist there anymore. Verkkokaupassa ovat käytössä kansainväliset Verified by Visa -, MasterCard SecureCode - ja American Express SafeKey -todentamispalvelut. Paytrail näkyy maksun saajana korttilaskulla ja välittää asiakkaan maksaman maksukorttimaksun suoraan kauppiaalle. Korttimaksaminen tapahtuu turvallisesti suojatulla maksulomakkeella eikä maksukortin tietoja tallenneta verkkokaupan järjestelmiin.

Mobiilimaksutavat

Mobiilimaksutavat Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass ja Siirto ovat sovelluksessa toimivia palveluita, joilla voi maksaa verkko-ostoksia tilisiirtona tililtään tai korttimaksuna kortiltaan hyväksymällä maksun kyseisessä sovelluksessa. Pivolla onnistuvat lisäksi Siirto-maksut, jolloin maksun voi hyväksyä missä tahansa Siirtoa tukevassa sovelluksessa.
